This feature is similar to RSS feeds. The users of the EDMS software get notifications about the changes and modification being made in the documents
stored in the Document Management system. When the users subscribe to the Events, the software sends emails containing the modification and changes made in the documents
to the users. Thus, users can easily keep track of the activities being made in the EDMS software. A dashboard is available where users can quickly notice important events
such as network security events. Built-in reports are available which provide information about important categories of events. Users can change settings and easily
customise them. They can apply their own alerts and views, log archive options etc. in the Database Management System.
